MacTay Group is recruiting on behalf its clients, a major Telecommunications provider, to fill the position below:


Job Title: Financial Modelling Consultant

Location: Lagos
Job Family: Enterprise Business
Reporting To: Manager ES Business Performance & Reporting
Duration: 2 months (maximum)


Job Purpose 

• To set up automated processes and automated templates for analytics and reporting purpose in order to foster efficiency and effectiveness within the Business Performance team in the department

Key Responsibilities 

• Design And Build Performance Monitoring And Business Analysis Excel Solutions That Will Show What Is Being Done Right, What Is Being Done Wrong And What Needs To Be Focused On


• Build excel based applications that are easy to use and can interact with third party data sources like Oracle Databas


• Build excel based data entry tool that does automatic analysis and reporting


• Automate the KPI & Scorecard dashboards.


• Train the team on getting the best out of excel and increasing productivity


• Build a customized excel dashboard to track business key performance metrics

Required Skills/Experience 

• An in-depth understanding of financial modelling and a working knowledge in analytics and reporting


• Extensive experience in  building and designing financial modelling tools and ability to use a number of financial modelling software packages e.g. SAS, Predictive Modelling, Statistical Modelling


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
