Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor the project plan
Develop stages 2 and 3 detailed plan
Develop project contracting strategy 2015, 2016, and 2017
Prepare detailed project briefs per stream and key activity mini-project charters
Plan and resource the projects/program
Develop monitoring and evaluation framework and quantify benefits gained
Identify risks and mitigation actions
Review activity plans for malaria last mile, MDR· TS, unification, Cross River, Abuja and Oshodi, and Gavi cold chain
Design interventions for malaria last mile, MOR- TB, unification, Cross River, Abuja and Oshodi, and Gavi cold chain
Coach execution project teams for malaria last mile, MOR-TB, unification, Cross River; Abuja and Oshodi, and Gavi cold chain
Minimum Skills and Qualification
At least 10 years project management experience
Master’s degree in health planning or related degree and experience
Experience in M&E in the development sector will be an advantage
